The Terms and Conditions set by Ballymount Fireplaces do not affect your Statutory Rights as A Customer
The Buyer means any person firm or company or body who Ballymount Fireplaces supplies any goods.
The contract is then legally binding with them the person/ people who have signed for an engaged in the contract
Goods means any goods Ballymount Fireplaces agrees to sell the Buyer.
Cancellation and Termination
No Cancellation suspension or variation of the contract by the buyer shall be valid unless agreed by Ballymount Fireplaces in writing and such agreement will only be give given on terms which fully compensate Ballymount Fireplaces in respect of losses costs liabilities and expenses arising as a result of such cancellation
If an order is cancelled the deposit is non refundable
There is a 14 day cancellation policy
All contracts are in accordance with the laws of Ireland and for the exclusive benefit of Ballymount Fireplaces the buyer agrees to submit to the exclusive juristiction of the Irish courts provided always that Ballymount Fireplaces shall be entitled to proceed against the buyer in any jurisdiction.
